Sitemap error by Google

If Google index my sitemap I get an error back from Google that the sitemap.xml is not supported.
The message I get is:
file classification is not supported.
Your sitemap have been made up in a classification which is not supported. Check if these satisfy to our directives for sitemaps and send the sitemap again

My sitemap url is: http://www.dousma.org/ffa/sitemap.xml

Siomon I did get this error on my account of Google on: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps however I must say that last night I didn't get any errors back, very strange because nothing is changed in my sitemap.xml

I found some problem come from title of url that contain '&' instead of '&' and some HTML Entities code that is not valid for xml. I don't know if google-sitemap.php can handle and fix this problem or not
