Guys you're really letting me down! I've send so many emails, opened tickets, only thing that I haven't done is begging!?
It's been 10 days and nobody actually get back to me.

I've got a lot projects on my mind that I would like to work with you guys but because of your lack of support, I've started to change my mind.
Can someone look at my ticket and get back to me please? If you can't do it or if you can't even quote me, just tell me so I'll find another directory to work with.
My ticket number: ZUH-924320

Hello ckoymen,
I tried to find your ticket but have not found it. There are two possible variants:
I either don't have permission to view this ticket or it doesn't exist.
Please recreate ticket or please wait an answer from Simon. He will answer asap.

Hi Dave,
I've looked at it, it's still exist and it's status is open since yesterday. My old ticket which I've created at 4th of Feb. has been closed by Michael Hill 2 days after. I've replied with all the details and nothing happened. Then I've sent 2 emails to Simon on different days stating the emergency of the situation and unfortunately couldn't get any reply. I don't know if he's on vacation or not, but I assume someone would cover him if he would.
I can't understand why I've been ignored.

Hi Dave,

Have you ever find chance to talk to Simon?

It's been nearly 3 days since I've opened my ticket (ZUH-924320) and 2 days since I've posted here. No one has bothered to get back to me!?
