Hi I payed for the Pro version with Paypal, but I did not get the script.:cry:
And no information what so ever.

I put up a ticket at the help desk, no answer.
I tries live help at index page it says online, but when you click it, it says
Sorry, no operators are available at the moment. Please try back later.

I checked my download area but there is only free version.

Keep in mind that when you use our order form on our order page, we grant you access to download eSyndiCat PRO version within a very short period of time!

Short time, is minutes not days my friend.

So it seems like I have to go somewere else if I want a directory.

Please dont do the same mistake that I did choose some other direcoryscript because support canīt get worse than what it is here.

Hi Labtec,

Login and go to the download tab. There you can download v2.1.

My experience is that I have within 24 hours (because of the time difference) an answer. Also the staff keep a close watch on this forum to solve all prbs.

Hope your prb is solved by my answer. If not, they'll get to you back soon believe me.

Welcome to our support forums. 2checkout approval takes up to 48 hours. When you purchased the software you were sent an email explaining this. Sorry but we do not grant pro privileges until we get your order fraud approval. Sorry for that. Now you have all Pro privileges

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! I'm in the same boat with labtec. I thought I would get access to pro version upon payment completion, but that's not the case.

While I understand that fraud can be and is an issue, waiting 48 hours SUCKS!

48 hours is the possible longest term :) Usually it takes much less hours to approve the order. 2checkout fraud team works some faster now.
