cron errors

I have set up cron to check reciprocal and broken links, but it doesn't appear to be working and I am getting email errors as follows;

No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf
read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf
read_config_store open failure on /var/net-snmp/snmpapp.conf

What version of eSyndiCat do you use?
Have you use CRON reports tool?
