WTB a unique mod

Im looking for someone to hire that can create a mod for me.

Right now I run 31 directories. What I do is sell links across them all. They submit to one of them and pay then I manually transfer the links to the other ones. Well that is getting really time consuming so I am looking for an easier way to do this.

What I need is a mod that will have the 30 directories share the DB from the main one so I dont need to transfer the sites. This would be really easy but the config data is stored in the DB so if I was to do just a straight connecting to the DB it wouldnt work. So I need someway to connect to the DB just for categories, links, ect.

I would but I am looking at getting this done in the next couple of days by someone. Unless that the custom mod is pretty quick. Let me know how long you think it would take and I can submit it.
