I opened 3 tickets [ mysql_fetch_assoc() ]. At first a staff member answer me: I recomend an update to version 2.* - not really helpfull! In the forum they offers an paid upgrade - I asked 3 times for that - also for the price, because the template is sunny day and there are some additional modifications...

2.) I mailed "around" with 2 staff members, sent detailed error -links, asked again for the price, send the FTP & CPanel details again etc. [and opened a new ticket]

3.) today new errors and after asking for an answer to my mails THE LAST WAY to noticing the support and use the PAID UPGRADE OFFER - this thread in the forum - SORRY BUT it MUST be ! [only a backup bewared me of an toltal crash today ..]

Sorry also for my english, but this in the moment my smallest problem :-((

In the past I also asked some times for the template sunny day for the 2.* version - NO answer but tons of unattractive NEW templates in unusefull colors ... brr...
