Access other content in same directory

I have installed esyndicat in the root (public_html).

I am also having few small scripts and some content in public_html that i need to access. Like domain.com/foldername/.

Although that exist, i get esyndicat 404 error when i try to load it.

How can i bypass this and access those folders normally ?
