I have been interested in purchasing this software and last week I sent messages to Greg / Vincent, I also sent an email to Simon at his email address and also I posted him a message via Sitepoint which he frequents.

However that was a week ago and I have heard nothing back yet from anyone. I am wondering if your support is similar to your approach with dealing with sales related questions ???

I would of posted my questions on the forum, but I didn't want to share my business concept with everyone else so that is why I PM'ed all the appropriate people in regards to what I was trying to achieve.

Can someone please answer my questions before I have to think about looking for another provider !

I do understand you guys are busy and I can appreciate that !! But a week to answer some simple questions is a little to long in my opinion !!

Welcome to our support forums :) I will try to explain why you had not get any reply.
Greg is a volunteer here and he does great work. He helps a lot to all members of our community. It's possible he was busy or somewhat. Now Vincent does not work on eSyndiCat project. You can check our contact page (http://www.esyndicat.com/contact-us.html). You can see he is absent there. I did not get anything from you. Please could you be so kind to resend your request in our ticket system (http://www.esyndicat.com/support/desk/). If you check my account at SitePoint you can see I have not been there for ages.

I understand your worries about business concepts. Please get in touch with me via our ticket system and we will discuss everything.
