Hello guys

I hate to have my first beeing about problems but..

I have bought one domain license more then 2 days ago and i have't received any kind of details so far. I have started a support ticked and emaild sales about 8h ago and still nothing.. will this take any more longer?

No longer. Sorry for the delay and welcome to our support forums. It just took rather long from 2checkout to approve your order. Fraud checking there took some more time than usually. Sorry again

No worrie.. i am using them as well and i know sometime the fraud system send passed orders kinda late.. Unless they fail it with no apparent reason :)

Hi Simon,
I just ordered with 2checkout even though I really wanted to pay with my paypal account but didn't find the link to it. I wanted to start working on my directory right now and to wait for the 2checkout payment to go through is quiete a bummer.

I guess there is not much we can do right now right? I suggest to offer paypal as a payment method and have it easier to spot on the purchase page.

On a final note I think your policy that a later upgrade doesn't cost extra and I just have to pay the difference is absolutely great. Looking forward to work with your software.

I'm still waiting for the approval via 2checkout... I it possible that I send you another 100$ via paypal and go straight for the unlimited domains license? I'm really in a hurry and want to start developing asap.

Yea I really hope so. Any advice if I could just order another one or send 100$ to simon or whatever to get instant access would be great. I'm waiting since Friday evening to start working with the directory...

Actually your account has been approved on the same day when you purchased the software. It seems you just got lost in your esyndicat accounts. This transaction was assigned to 'galeax' username. So, check that account. It already has all pro privileges.

Unfortunately, i've never received the login/password for the "galeax" account.
I think there is a mistake with my email address, because on 26 March i tried to use the "forgot password" function, supposing that you created an account for me, but there was no account with my email. So, i decided to register this account "eleuthro".

Well, I think there is the following problem. Do you have an account galeax? This transactions shows that the product was purchased from that account. Please clarify. If not I will contact that account person.
Besides, I think we should make our communication more private and use emails.

Sorry! I've got to jump in here!! If you purchase anything over the net no matter where..What has happen to me on every occasion has been the following thing. Buy from Paypal:get now----2checkout:16/24 hrs If it's a good day..(2chekout fraud thing? that's another post).I'm like everyone else when I buy software, I should have it NOW!!!
