Simon, I am about to launch a couple of new directories but need to know if there will be a simple upgrade from 2 to 2.1? I only ask as you say that most of the changes are to the database structure etc. so will I be able to build these directories now and upgrade later?

There will be a simple upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1. But I would advise to wait for the release. It's released on the 1st, February
