Script migration

I really like the look of your directory and am interested in buying the unlimited license, but I wanted to confirm few things first.

1.) You will migrate my current directory to your directory for free? This can be done on my host (Godaddy)?

2.) If, for any reason, in the future I decide to sell a website with this script is that OK? Would I have to put the link back?
