Create listing in admin

Am I right in thinking that you can create a new listing within the admin area which then notifies the link owner via email that their site has been listed?

Welcome to our support forum deebee!
You should mark checkbox "Send email notification?" at creating listing (by default it is marked) and it send email only if the email address is set up.
