Where's the download?

I bought the unlimited version of this software through PayPal yesterday but have not received any link where I may download it. Please let me know. Thanks.

I submitted a trouble ticket on it but have received no word. So far I'm really not happy that it takes 24 hours to get a response.

But to the best of my knowledge "Simon" is the only one that can clear this up.

Thanks Greg, considering this is a public forum you would think that Simon would show up and give 2 users the product which they have paid for. I can't imagine anyone reading this who would go purchase the product now considering private messages, emails and help desk tickets have gone unanswered, trying to test out the product and then upgrade to the unlimited version for more sites, but at this rate I would be cautious in buying anything else, I'll wait a little longer but if I don't hear anything today I'll have to seek other channels of resolution.

I agree. Best I can guess Simon should be back online in about 7 hours. It's around midnite (now) his time.

I would like my money back because it's clear that eSyndicat is not up to the level of service that I would expect. I paid by PayPal, and you can use that system to refund my money.

same here, I'll go find a directory script somewhere else and hopefully they give it to me after paying.

You should have received an email telling you it might take up to 48 hours. For me it took just about that. Be patient, and by the way, service is excellent and the members of this forum are remarkable. I've had every question answered and modifications posted to make my directory exactly the way I wanted it.
