Just bought the pro version through PayPal but don't see the pro version in my account. Do I need to create a help desk login and ask for the script installation or will my login be emailed to me since I already have a forum username and just paid for it?

I don't know to much about the business side of this. But you should receive an email with intstuctions for download. Have you tried going to this page:
http://www.esyndicat.com/downloads/
And log in at the top right hand corner?

Food burning on stove here, so I have to go. But I hope that works.

thanks greg, I'll give it a little time as I just paid a little bit ago, currently that link just shows the free version.

I paid for this script over 24 hours ago and sen't Simon a private message yesterday immediately after paying which has not received a reply, sen't a ticket as well asking for the pro version installation with my cpanel info and haven't heard any confirmation this will be done, the pro version does not show in my control panel only the free version as well, was looking to test this on 1 site and if it works good would buy the unlimited license, don't mind waiting but with no response from anyone I think I'll be asking for a refund or doing a chargeback as the no response may be a sign of bad communication or lack of support for the future. Yeah, this is my experience. If I don't hear from anyone soon, I want my money back. This whole experience does not give a good feeling.
