Just like to understand better whether eSyndicat has the following features before I make my decision.

1) User ranking of links with those little 1-5 stars
2) User review of links
3) Allow submission of links together with their logos or select images (if wanna upload logo, have to pay a different price)

Lastly, would it be easy to integrate vBulletin together with an instance of eSyndicat?

You can install eSyndiCat to links directory and vBulletin to forum directory.
Via eSC AdminPanel you can create additional page with external url on vBulettin sowtware, for example, {url of your site}/forum/index.php.
