Can this software be used to create something like hotscripts.com? If so are there any examples? Also, is this software encoded? Are people free to make changes and addons? Thanks.

Welcome to our support forum CatchMIYC!
Can this software be used to create something like hotscripts.com?
Yes, it can.
for example:
In category listings you can display script title, description, disable Pagerank, View Amazon Info via Admin Panel, replace functions "link title " with function "Link Details" and remove "Link Details" link. You can add additional fields through Admin Panel with "File Storage", "textarea", "image" .... , disable fields "Listing URL" and other improper for you.
is this software encoded?
You can change code.
Are people free to make changes and addons?
Yes, they are.

Great! Will it be difficult to make pages appear like this (http://www.createblog.com/layouts/)?

Also, are there any mods for author pages and favorite lists?

Is there any way of tagging pages with keywords?

Last thing is about adding new 'listings'. When I need to add MySpace Layouts > Movies > Spiderman Layout do I name it spidermanlayout.html or does the script give it a random number (765799.html)? How does all that work?

Thanks!

As for eSyndiCat templates you can take a look at them in our Templates Repository (http://www.esyndicat.com/shop/). We can create a custom design for you. For this you should submit a ticket (http://www.esyndicat.com/support/desk/). Also you can change existing templates and of course we will help you in our Support Forums.

You can do many things via eSyndiCat's Admin Panel because it's very flexible. For example you can add keywords creating a category by filling up the Meta keywords field. Try this in our demo (http://www.esyndicat.com/demo/).

Feel free to ask any questions.
