Sub Categories Missing In Admin Panel

eSyndicate Pro v2.0.01

I had created a number of categories and sub categories, but several of them disappeared. When I try to re-add the categories, I get "Category already exists with similar path value." error message.

Is there a utility/SQL code I can run to fix the databases?
