Sponsored links & Editor mode

I have currently set my directory to editor mode. i am only accepting sponsored links. When the sponsors register and submit their links, it does not show up under sponsored links in the admin panel even though they have paid for their listing. Is this normal?

Also, should editors be able to edit links submitted by other editors? That is what seems to be happening in my directory.

Link became sponsored after payment process will completed.

Also, should editors be able to edit links submitted by other editors? That is what seems to be happening in my directory.

There isn't possibility editors be able to make changes with listings is suggested by another editor.
