Hello all esy. support team personal.

Its Jan 4th today and was wondering when normal support functionality will return?

Waiting for some issues to be resolved here for quite some time now.

Anyone can check helpdesk out an help me out or not?

Or maybe give me an ETAwhen support will start functioning properly again ?? So i can come back here on that date only or maybe expect something done on that date.

Sorry if this post makes you feel bad but imagine how you would feel waiting for your issues to be resolved for over 7 days for which you spent your hard earned money.

Expecting some real good support in future otherwise i do not see the point on using esy. script. if it cannot be supported at all.

PS: I am not talking about moderators here on forums who do not get paid for what they do, but actually those involved with the script itself.
Regards

What I think about the license.

if you only have single site license - it goes with the site.

If you have a multy site license it can not be transfered if I sell each of my sites. The buyer has to get a license.

About the support: Hope we get better support.
I wish for it.

That is my $0.02

Thanks

Man i better put in my frustrations to about the support, infact i have been at it since before the X-mas..

There are some upgrades i need done, that only simon can do, cuz the script has been modified. He said he responded, but i cannot get into the ticket system, i cannot responses, only one robotic kinda response that does not solve my issue. Man i must have sent 7 emails and PMs already and and even further away from my objective.

I just wished i did not ask for those customizations. If i did not i would be able to do everything in a snap - now i need to upgrade and get more customizations.

PLEASE support come back - or least tell me-us when u guys hope to resume normal business

@Ibrahim its shocking that you are waiting before xmas , i feel now that i made a big mistake buying esy. cause if there is no one to support the software that software/script kinda becomes useless.

well the software is good - - - i have purchased license to 3 other applications (IndexU, In-Links, HOT-LinksSQL).

Esydicat is better, based on ease of use, and how simple it ease, it has some pretty top notch features, but my first two examples are more advanced. But i have been monitoring Esydicat, and i think they are going to grow nicely.

A few months back when i purchase the script, Simon was really cool, and on point helping me, they really went all the way. But I am 9500+ links and i really need to upgrade to the new script and get the additional stuff there.

Plus the forum here seemed like winner - very active and fair. The only thing about any developer that disappoints me, is the Support. i don't care how CRAPPY your product is, if your support is TOP, then everything else falls into place.. Now can you believe a company thats has the a great product and support to Sell :)...

Hey bunny, things will work out man.. Just have some faith and prayer like i am doing:)

I do not know man, cause i heard "First impression is the last impression".

And so far i would rate support (-1/10) . :poisk: . I have no clue whats happening and where is the support, looks like they might be selling off their company or something and ditching us all from the looks of it.

Guys,
Please don't forget - Simon is in Eastern Europe and his time zone may be different from yours.
Also it's the weekend and there is no one from the regular support team available.
I am sure you will get some answers in a few hours.
