[mod]Featured,Sponsored,Partner Links Special Boxes in Categories Display

Hello,
I had been trying to get someone to help me out displaying featured,sponsored,partner links on the category page like it does in PHLD script, but after contacting few folks via pm, thanks to sdawkins and this mod is devoted and specially for sdawkins and users like him any myself cause he loves the feature.

and attached is the modified files and screenshot below , this is for theme ocean but am currently working on code for other 3 templates, Note: you can change the styles of how they appear, currently working on refined version will edit or post refined files so users can change their style via style.css file.
