Need help!

OK, so I got the script installed, after blank homepage problem which has been fixed, now I cannot add listings from the admin section. I feel stupid, but I cannot figure out what is up.

I bought the eSyndicat script on December 28, 2006 but till date (6.15pm January 2, 2007), it has not been installed. I am kept in suspense, not knowing what to do and not getting email replies. The last time I checked, there is still something called customer service online.
Someone please help.

I was unaware they were off....I can wait, but I am not sure if the situation is an easy fix as I have no idea where to start with it.
