hi!

I am building a site (www.sail-training-world.com), for which I need to use the largest possible number of languages.

I therefore decided to machine-translate the english language file into all possible languages (30+ presently), while waiting for the correct (or corrected!) language translations to be released by e-syndicat.

I managed to obtain look-alike .sql files very similar to the .sqf files published by e-syndicat for additional languages (french, swedish, ec.).

In case of interest iI will be happy to send you by email two of these files, (Norvegian.sql and Portuguese.sql) which are apparently too heavy to be sent as an attachement to the present message.

My problem is that I cannot import any of these files into the language manager. and the one where I put a ; at the end of each line (to look exatly like the model) even, generates an sql Syntax error!!!

This is making me bananas!

I am looking therefore for an SQL guru who can help me solve my problem...

thks in advance
