How do i enable payment options?

This quesion probably been asked dozens of time but I couldn't find any in the forum.

I want to make my directory a paid one. So how can I do it? and How can I set the prices for the listings. For Example

Basic: $1
Featured: $2

etc.

I use eSyndiCat Pro Version 2.0.01

Admin Panel » Manage Plans » Add Plans (Create two corresponding plans)
Admin Panel » Configuration » Financial Configuration » Sponsored links functionality» enabled
Admin Panel » Configuration » Only sponsored accepted » enabled
After suggest link it will appear in Admin Panel » Suspended Listings.
