Moving listings to a different category

Using eSyndicat Pro 2.0.0.1...

I have a number of listings in Category 'A' which I want to move to Category 'B'. I can move them one at a time by editing the listing. But that is rather slow.

I'd like to move them as a group to the new category. I start by Browsing the category, check the listings that I want to move, select 'Move' in the drop down box at the bottom of the page and click 'Go'. Nothing happens.

I also have tried checking the listings and then clicking on the 'Move' icon at the top of the 'Browse Category' page. This times out with an error message to that effect.

How do I move a bunch of listings to a new category without having to edit them one by one?

I just looked again at the listings that I tried to move. They seem to have been deleted along with the categories they were in.

How did this happen? I moved the listings not deleted them. Even if I had accidently deleted the listings, why would the categories be deleted?

HI Joe Boxer,

When you try to copy/move listings to another category, only table link-categories will edited.
Try to check your table links via phpMyAdmin.
Also you can create a ticket in our ticket system.
