Changing field names - Title blank

A small one.

When changing a perivous entered field name.
That works...but...
It blanks out the Title, even edit that field name again it isn't accepting the Title anymore - stays blank.

Workaround.
Deleting the field and re-create it.

I have tested my local copy and have not found the similar problem. Please attach image with a place of the problem.

khunjack... I had the same issue in Pro 1.2 but I figured out that editing the custom fields from the admin panel missed editing the entry in the "links" table. Use phpMyAdmin to check the name of the field in BOTH the link_fields table AND the main links table.

Here's one for you though... I have a small percentage of links that no matter what I do I can not get the URL to display. I have compared them side by side with other links that do work and there is no difference in the format or any unusual characters. My thumbs display the link just fine but I can't get them to work in the link-details or view-link pages... and it's only for a few.

Cancel that... I got it figured and had to do with the Display_Url mod. A few links were missing the default http:// database entry and that seems to escape the url variable for whatever reason.

Dave pls see attached.

First create the addtl field.

After that edit that field and changed the name.

After saving title is gone. Re-editing that field plus re-entering the Title...

(but easy to reproduce this little flaw)

..but on 4 you see the missing title ...last field

went back to edit ...added the title again ..same result as 4
