Problem when add new category

Hi boys!

I've a problem with my 2.0 eSyndiCat version.

When I try to add a new category the script give me an error:

Error: Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

INSERT INTO `dir_categories` (`id_parent`,`id_editor`,`title`,`description`,`me ta_description`,`meta_keywords`,`path`,`level`,`st atus`,`order`)VALUES ('497','0','prova','prova','prova','prova','aziend e/prova','2','active','539')

What can i do?

When I click on the page it appare me:
