Manage plans wont save info

I tried to create a manage plan, but it seems like theres a problem, it wont remember the name or the description of the plans I created.

Any idear about what can be wrong ?

Just bought the newest version.

Please check it:
After filling all fields and pressing of the button "add", inscription " Plan added " in a green box appear. Is it so?

Yes it does "Plan added" and its green.

But when I then go out to "Manage plans"

I dont have a titel, only the price and days for it.
