Problems with charset after upgrading

Hi all!

I'm running 2.0 pro now, works fine, but I have a problem with my charset.
It is set to UTF-8, but I'm running the danish language, with has the ÆØÅ. characters.
The pages where some of the letters are Æ Ø Å, they works fine, but when I choose a listing, some of the listings with Æ Ø Å in the headline, the text arent showing correctly.

Could anyone please help me correct it or help me trough it??
