Hi all!

I wish I could say "my two front teeth" but I already have those soooo...

Please please please...I'd really appreciate it if someone from support could either respond to the two posts below or the trouble ticket I submitted. I've been waiting for replies to these as far back as the 17th of Nov already. ( the trouble ticket only about 4 days)

http://www.esyndicat.com/forum/about7792.html - posted Nov 17th because sponsored.php spits out an error message. THe user supplied unofficial fix didn't seem to do anything.

http://www.esyndicat.com/forum/about7814.html - posted on Nov 20th because my cron jobs don't appears to be doing a darned thing.... Known bad links are not being flagged as bad, known bad recip links aren't being flagged... NOTHING is happening. All I want is an explaination of what does what job so I know what I am looking for.

I need these issues sorted out. I can't launch until they are. I've done a lot on my own by searching the forums and have gone as far as I can with my limited knowledge. I have even offered to PAY to have it done... to which there has been no reply either.:(

Thanks much.

Roy H.

hmm hope there's nothing wrong with the support? Again no answer since 12/3/06 - that's 3 days. Or did you receive a private message from them, Roy?

Hi Frank!

Actually, there is nothing wrong with support except that they appear to be in an extremely busy period. Honestly, they are the most accurate support team I've come across. When they have issued a solution to me in the past it was prompt and accurate the first time through... providing I paid attention to the instructions and didn't have to redo it because of my own carelessness

Some days there are a large number of posts on here. I just got lost in the shuffle. I had been waving my hand for a while on this issue so I decided just to stand on the table. I guess I got spoiled by all the rapid responses I've had in the past. I really do have to commend the support team here for their accuracy.

On the topic of a response, I did receive one the other day after posting, from Simon, although I've been too ill until today to respond. We'll be rectifying this issue shortly.
