Adding suggest category and comments to suggest link form.

Hello,

I'm using the free version and was wondering if there's a way to add a "Suggest a New Category" box as well as a "Comments" box to the suggest a link form. This would then need to be displayed in the admin panel for approving the links.

I've been trying it on my own but it's only a matter of time before I go screwing the whole thing up. I haven't seen anything in this forum either.

Just in case it matters, I'm using the Source Red template.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
