US Cities & States

Does anyone have a US Cities & States categories dump? I'm going a directory that will be set up with all the states are the main categories, then sub-cats of cities in each state, then under each city, there will be the same 2 or 3 subcats. If I could get the States and cities done via an SQL dump, it would save me a lot of time.

I don't think that is what I had in mind. I just thought maybe someone using the script had their site set up the way I'm setting mine up....main cats are all the states, subcats are all the cities.

Anybody out there able to help?
