Server shutdown in progress

I am getting this error.. everytime I visit I get it.. though i am able to access the admin panel.. i have also downloaded and replaced the file with a new one. But still it seems to stay..

Try to contact with your hosting company.
Maybe your hosting company don't allow mysql querry more than several seconds.

The timeout set in the mysql server is as follows :

thread_cache_size=64
interactive_timeout=20
wait_timeout=15
connect_timeout=8

flush_time=3600
long_query_time = 10

Allwin, have you recently added hunderds or more categories? Then this is your problem. Delete them, because your shared hosting account might not support big MySQL databases.

I just checked the mysql and found the sql is using only 4.8 MB. Yes I am using shared Hosting.
