Random Links on Home Page

Is it possible to include random links from random categories on the home page like the following:

Link Title (http://www.linkurl.com)
Description of this link
Category (http://category.com) > Subcategory where this link belongs to (http://subcategory.com)

and limit the list to say 15 per page?

Which version are you using? Free or Pro?

There was a mod for Pro 1.2 version but I am not sure if it will work with 2.0...

I'm using pro v2.0

If it won't work then what if instead of random links, I want all featured links on the index page with the same format:

Featured Link Title
Description
Link to Category where it belongs

Instead of the default Featured Link Title only.
