Hi
Just installed the script and everything was ok until I installed a template from the downloads area of this site. I have now lost all my links on every page except the "home" link and the footer links (and even some of these are wrong). Can anyone help?
As of right now none of the templates in the download area is compatible with the latest script version 2.0.
The only templates could be used that came in the package with the script (4 templates).
I believe the team is working on the update for the existing templates and will be releasing some more new designs shortly.

Thanks for the quick reply and the very useful info.
I have removed the template and reinstalled one that came with the script but the links are still missing. Do you know if I can do a quick fix i.e. reupload a single file or do I have to do a complete reinstall of the script?

If the links were visible when you first installed the script, then changing back to one of the default templates should fix things as templates have no effect on the directory except visually.
We are talking about Pro v2 ?

Yes the links where there when I first installed the script, but not any more. Even though I had re-installed the orginal template. I have altered a few other details like the copywrite etc and the admin says that the changes have been saved but the changes are not showing in the live site. Any ideas?

Can you see the links from within admin? ie. if you go to manage links?

I think I've done it.
I've just realised that the choices for the menus were not checked. I know I didn't change them - maybe it happened when I installed the wrong template?? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction redeye.

Sorry, I haven't solved it I just added extra fields in the menu. I'm going to do a complete re-install and hope it dosen't happen again.

Good Luck to you.
Hopefully you can set that back to normal.
