View Full Version : buying two domain licence; already having one domain licence
Hi all,
in the near future I would like to use this great script on one more domain so I would like to buy another licence. I already have a one domain licence. Is there an upgrade to the two domain licence? What shall I do?
Greetings, Lars
Send email to Simon with your payment details and he will give you instructions

Official note:
If you already purchased a license and you would like to upgrade it - please contact me (sgooffin@esyndicat.com) or sales department (sales@esyndicat.com) and we will send a payment link. We need the following information from you:
1. Transaction ID of your previous payment
2. Your full name
3. Your email
Thanks Simon, great!
But before I do this please answer me one last question:
What IN DETAIL do I need to ask my provider about all kind of requirements which are needed so Esyndicat can run without problems?
PHP-version and stuff like that is easy, but what about some settings like mode_rewrite, what about settings for crons and everything else?
I will use my second account with a different provider and would like to be sure everything will work well.
Greetings,
Lars

Hi Lars,
Ok, here is a list of requirements needed for correct eSyndiCat work
1. PHP 4.3.x or above (+ GD lib,)
2. MySQL 4.0 or above
3. Apache 1.3 or above (mod_rewrite module)
4. Crons support
You can also let me know what hosting you are planning to use and I will check it myself.

I'm facing a similar problem. I am actually looking for the unlimited domain license, but I prefer to start from the 1 domain license, if everything's going well, then upgrade to the unlimited solution. (because of too many dispointed experiences...)
Should I pay for the price difference then?

Hi pathway,
Welcome to our support forums. No need to pay twice. If you paid $49 later you will have to pay just $100.

You can use free image hosting services like http://www.sbclansite.com :dance2: .
But ask for esy. to send you special order link cause i do not know how you can order for 100$ only as nothing listed on site.

Hi
Just login and then purchase a license. In this case you will not be asked to register again.

Hi Simon,
I've got the same problem. I 've got a 1 domain license and want to upgrade to unlimited licence.
I already sent you emails (with all the requested information) to sales@esyndicat.com or to sgooffin@esyndicat.com but each time I received a message error saying that "Mail delivery failed".:fingal:
That's the reason why i go through the forum.
Can you give me a way to get in touch with you to upgrade :good:
Thanks in advance
Christophe

Hi Christophe,
That's really strange as I get regularly quite many emails. May be it was a temporary problem with domain names. Now I have PMs enabled and you can PM me your details

I bought eSyndicat along time ago (I think well over a year ago) and can't find my transaction ID (I'm sure my email address has change too). I'm thinking about investing in an unlimited licence, can you find me on your system with just my name and username?
