Paypal Payment Error

Hello....
:) Always problem ha?Am ı bad customer? :P just kidding... :)

When anybody click to suggest link than wants to pay with paypal it gives that error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /-------/----/--------l/purchase.php:21) in /----/---/----/purchase.php on line 28

I'm not sure which version you are on.....

Basically it says that they know there is a problem and are working on it as quickly as possible.
