Internal Server Error - Tell a friend

Hi,

I am having trouble with an Internal Server Error that is generated by the tell a friend page. I have done no mods to this page. All of other email functionality seems to work just fine. I apologize if this has already been addressed, as I am not able to find the fix. Note: I did not include a link to the site as it is adult content.
