Presales frustrations and questions

First, I would like to comment.
1) The Live Chat is not working even though it says it's on line. It says Thanks for contacting us. An operator will be with you shortly...This happened twice today but no one came on line.

2) On the product page at Present skins can be viewed in our demo version. If I click on that link there is no way to see the present skins.

3) For a new user, one cannot log onto these forums because you get a message that says... You have been registered automatically when you created an account on our downloads page. You must use the same credentials that you use for your downloads area.

If someone is here for presales chances they won't have downloaded yet so how would they have the username and password from the download area.

4) One I found some of the templates for the free version, I have to download a zip file to see them...only I can't see them after I download the zip file.

So I am frustrated and I haven't even gotten to first base yet. It's hard just to ask presales questions...you may want to work on this. Others may not be a patient as I am.

1) Where can I see live demos of all the templates both for the free version and the pro version?

2) Your main page says the proversion is coming out soon but yet I see a proversion available for sale. Can you explain this.

The confusion with this one is, A new Pro Version (2.0) is coming soon.

Current Pro version is 1.2

I offered domains to show each of the skins offered and that would be coming with the new Pro verion. This will give you a live demo of all the available skins.

Mostly the support staff is buy working on the new release and are busy.

I understand that both the pro and non pro versions of the software come with many templates. I still do not see all the templates available at the links you provided.

I never used free version. Directly bought the Pro version and I am happy.

I personally recommend the same to you.

No clue where you can get the templates for free verison.
