link already exists in directory (error)

I keep trying to add a link but I get this error (link already exists in directory) I know that this link is not in the directory.. The link I am trying to add is fullthrottlegraphix.com

Go to Admin, Configs, Link Checking, and change "Duplicate checking type" towards the bottom of the page to "exact".
