Recip Link with ? in it - as good as plain link ?

I'm thinking of using an affiliate system, and I noticed that the affiliate link is formatted like this:

http://www.fred.com?affil-link=barneyR

Does Google still value this link to www.fred.com as much as if it were just:

http://www.fred.com/

or does the extra affiliate code reduce the value for Google?

if you get inbound links from affiliate code It is good inbound links. google give less importance but inbound link value is there
