I found out that google doesnt make a cahe page of my 1rst page of the directory webdirectory/gr. It shows only the link as you can see.

http://www.google.gr/search?hl=el&lr=&cr=countryGR&newwindow=1&rls=GGGL,GGGL:2006-32,GGGL:en&q=+site:www.webdirectory.gr+webdirectory.gr

I have also seen that google ranks better my pages when they dont have keywords in their pages. (pages using eSyndiCat)
I also found out that google shows mostly pages with rss , /plugins/rss/feed.php

Do you think i did something wrong?

It actually shows the cached main page, somewhere around result no. 30

I don't think you did anything wrong, as your directory is indexed better than an average directory.

Moreover, I don't think your conclusion about keywords is right. IMHO Google just doesn't care about them.

If you don't want rss pages indexed, add nofollow attribute to appropriate sections of your templates.

I tried this: site:www.webdirectory.gr

The home page shows up #1 in the listings and it does have Cached link next to it.

Seems strange. Now I'm getting same results as Vincent.

If I use Greek google ie. the link you posted, I get however what you get, but on the first link, I get www.webdirectory.gr/Webdesign/4web-l56.html - 9k - url, not the mainpage url, in cache description down there (as you get in the image you posted).

Anyway nothing to worry about.
