lock category

After creating a category, I locked it with the "lock" option.
Anyhow, when I tried it out as a user, there was no problem in adding a link to that category.

Any suggestion please?

you shoud see Unlock when you are in that category.

Make sure on that.

I have compared and tried with the English and Spanish versions.
In English ok.
The problem is that some parts are not translated to Spanish or do not show up.
