Welcome jwlnewsome :)

You first need to enable paypal in your admin panel> configuration>financial configuration at the bottom.

You then need to create a plan>admin panel>manage plans>create. Once created this will be shown on your suggest-link page above the form fields, when the person selects the plan and fills the details in, it will then go to the verification page, where they can check and return or proceed to payment. If all cool bananas they click payment or next can't remember what the version has as description, it will go to paypal. The info will be held in admin under suspended which you change once you get the confirmation through from paypal.

Check out the forums there are plenty of topics on how to create plans and a few mods for directoryl id inclusion on the paypal invoice, and also do take sometime to become acquianted with your admin panel.

I have 2 plans for sales but i wont them to place there link with us when they pay but dont wont to force the recip link as this is not what i wont. Just let them add there link without linking back to me for payment.

I wont to force the free ads to link back to me only

how do i do this please as i have spent 3 hours trying to do this and not managed to sort it out.

and how do the users add comments please

none of my adverts have pictures how do i sort this out please
