What about Links in Frames - are these good for Goog ?

There is a remote site that has a hard recip link for my site, which is good.

However, it's buried in a frame, like the bottom right pane.

Can Goog and the other spiders find it?

To the best of my knowledge the word is that frames and i-frames are definitely not good for spidering.

The best are divs with tables second.
