Message displayed Error in Index file ~ Cannot access my site

This is all that is displayed by my browser when i punch up my site. Godaddy says its an error in an index file that is identifying the wrong ip addy which 68-178-232-42.ip.secureserver.net is not correct.
Ideas???

Database password:
Database name:

I have the DB name, host, user etc now but not sure where to update them in the directory software, assuming that's where I need to do it.
