spammer continue submitting links on my site even when I use htaccess file

Hello,

I already used the .htaccess to deny from these spammer ip but they still spamming on my site, submitting more links than before.
deny from 83.9.5.68
deny from 83.9.11.98

what additional ip should I put on my .htaccess file?

I already read it and added the ip addresses on the .htaccesss file but the spammer use new ip addreses.
If you have other ip addreses from spammer, please let me know so I can add to the htaccess file.
currently, I use these:
deny from 83.9.5.68
deny from 83.9.11.98

In the table yoursPrefix_links databases there is a field ip_address. Try to determine IP spammers under the Links added by them.

If I could find that ip address on free version, then, it is wonderful.
No, free version does not have that field.

I tried to remove the suggest-link file from my directory, but I still receive links from spammers SO I think spammers can access from the admin panel.
Can any one give me some spammers' IPs so I can block from?
Except these:
83.9.5.68
83.9.11.98

Go to your cpanel
select phpMyadmin
when it opens select the eSyndicat directory
go down the list of files in the left hand list until you find the _links file
when it opens go to the top and select browse
scroll across until you see the ip_address field
then find the links that have been submitted and the ip of the submitter is shown

Can you please please please look at the ip and pm me these ip? my version is free which I don't see on the _link table.
I want to buy a prof version but they told me to wait....

Please pm me ip so I can block from.
