Looking at your URL you seem to have a //
ie. http://www.zanjireh.com/Directory//
Have you checked your directory structure is correct?

Let me explain potential problem and probable solution.
eSyndiCat uses [by default] titles to generate URLs. In your case titles are in Persian, while URL only allows latin characters. Somehow, you have to replace persian titles with latin ones. You can do that in eSyndiCat.
Log into admin panel, go to Configuration >> General Configuration, at the bottom of the page you will see `Enable path field for categories` setting, set it to enabled and save changes.
Now you have to edit EVERY category to add latin paths.
For each category: browse to a category, click "edit" link. At the very top you will see new field: Category Path. Set it to some latin string.
Hope this helps.

hello mohammad,
Redeye is rights. It is necessary for you to change path categories. You can try to use for this purpose Admin Panel(edit category) or to correct a field path in the table _categories in a database.
Use the following method for addition of categories in the future:
Configuration -> General Configuration -> Enable path field for categories set to "enabled".
This is necessary since URLs only allow latin characters.
In suggest or categories you will see different fields for addition title and path

Hello 1p30,
Unfortunately we do not have the Persian language for the 1.6 version
But you are able to contact with our support team via ticket system (http://www.esyndicat.com/support/desk/) or email support [at] esyndicat [dot] com and help us to create the language file.
