new installation heading section does not work correctly

I installed a free script at this site and it just does not work corectly. The heading section is strange. Can you take a look at this?

The heading section is strange.
Try to combine in the table image Logo and form of search.
Like this:

Can you help without sending my ftp details? I mean, it is not secured to send it out.
Also, I got 2 sites using Esyndicat scripts.
Spammers attached my 1st site directory 3 months ago, this spammer always sent about 25 links to my directory, which I have to go to my directory to remove these 25 links each day.
And, my 2nd site got attached last week, this spammer sent about 20 links each day.

So, I am sorry but can't give our my ftp or admin logins anymore....

Can you help without sending my ftp details?

It's ok about your credentials. I checked your header background image and it does not look fine as well. Please try to reupload your images from a default version.
