Internal Pages Page Rank

I have a web directory with a Page Rank of 4 on the front page but internally they are Page Rank 0. I did not actually place any importance to it but someone who recently was evaluating my site for buy over was commenting about it and said that it might be a flaw in the eSyndicat script.

I am not sure if I should worry about this or not.

Most of my internal pages that were in my sitemap at the time of updating are all ranked. Only the newer pages I have since added are not. And a few of the pages that did not have any content (oopsies). I do not see how it is Esyndicat.
