It seems that you can create a links-Directory where every link partner must pay to be included.
A Long Description of what the option is about [n/a]
What is the effect of this option
If this is set to ‘enabled’ then no one can suggest a link to your Links Directory unless they are willing to pay for their listing
What other options are affected by this option’s setting
If you set this option to ‘enabled’ then at least one sponsorship plans must be created
